80后的我们,老了。。。

曾经的年少轻狂,早已荡然无存。曾经的花样年华,早已悄然而逝。
  原来,80后的我们,都早已经老去。我们不再轻狂,我们不再潇洒,我们不再坦荡,我们不再微笑,我们有的是对于生活的压力,我们有的是对于婚姻的恐惧,我们有的是对于未来的失望,我们有的是对于困难的却步。
  面对工作:我们已经没有了更多的激情,只希望能够有一份足够安稳的工作。有风险的工作都已经被排斥了,曾经一千个一万个不愿意走关系找工作的我们,面对着事业的平淡,连收入都无法给予自己温饱的时候,我们不得不选择屈服,放下原本最高傲的脸面,开始寻求人际关系的最大化。工作的艰辛,对于我们无所畏惧,重要的是可以一直将这份工作持续。
  面对感情:已经不把婚姻当成爱情的升华,而是把婚姻当作是亲情。我们不再渴望一份浪漫而刺激的爱情,而是奢望一段幸福而美满的婚姻。曾经固执的以为,相亲那只不过是70后,或者说更早一代的婚姻方式,然而等到现在才发现,相亲已经成为了80后婚姻的主流方式。一场场地相亲,一次次的绝望,已经对相亲产生了麻木和排斥,但依然奔波在相亲场上。难怪,一个朋友说:我不是在相亲,就是在相亲的路上。
  面对穿着:曾经过度讲究品牌感觉的我们,对于品牌已经变得陌生,橱柜里的昂贵的衣服,让工薪阶层的我们没有勇气再去试穿。赚钱之后,才知道,原来生活是多么的不容易。我们不再讲究品牌,而更注重衣服的质量以及用途,适合穿着的场合,不再会因为一时的冲动,去血拼那些打折的衣服,衣服不在于多,而在于体面。合适的,才是我们所需要的,品牌只不过是一个虚幻的东西。
  面对社交:当越来越多的朋友有了家庭之后,已经没有多大的勇气再和他们一起聊聊关于生活,因为在他们的口中,都是关于家庭的,而单身的80后更注重个人情感的书法。曾经极度热爱的酒吧、KTV都不再喜欢了,已经忍受不了那种嘈杂、疯狂的环境,更喜欢坐在咖啡厅里或者茶馆里,看看书,听听音乐,享受咖啡的苦涩,亦或者茶的清香。
  面对家庭:家庭超越了爱情和友情,一切都将家庭放在第一位。没有了原本的冲动,了解了父母的苦心,懂得去体谅他们的无可奈何。原本单纯的家庭之间的关系,在某一天突然变得清晰,了解了人与人之间的关系,原来一直都不那么单纯,最值得相信的,除了父母,还有自己。越来越讨厌,走亲访友,因为总是会有很多人问题,关于婚姻的某个问题。
  面对娱乐:突然发现,手机使用的频率越来越少了,短信也越来越少了,有的时候甚至不愿意发短信,宁可打个电话,匆匆挂掉。QQ也不像以前那样拼命地闪个不停,退出了许多的群,有些群碍于面子,一直处于屏蔽,只是偶尔选择几个群聊几句就隐身。再也不会为了游戏,废寝忘食地玩,更多的时候会捧着一本书,安静地看着。
  面对购物:总会想着买东西的时候,是不是有什么赠品,而不会看着哪个好看就买哪个。不再会像以前那样,为了得到某样赠品,去买某样自己不喜欢的东西。购物早已不是逛街了,而变成了有目的性的行为,买完自己想要的东西,就匆匆离开。一些漂亮,精致的小摆设,只是在柜台上欣赏完之后,放回去,再也不会带回家之后,塞进箱底。
  面对一切的一切,我们都已经会了深思熟虑,我们的心中,早已没有了童话。我们浪费掉了太多的青春,那是一段如此自以为是、又如此狼狈不堪的青春岁月。有欢笑,也有泪水;有朝气,也有颓废;有甜蜜,也有荒唐;有自信,也有迷茫。
  我们敏感,我们偏执,我们顽固到底地故作坚强;我们轻易的伤害别人,也轻易的被别人所伤。
  我们追逐于颓废的快乐,陶醉于寂寞的美丽;
  我们坚信自己与众不同,坚信世界会因我而改变;
  我们觉醒其实我们已经不再年轻,我们前途或许也不再是无限的,其实它又何曾是无限的?
  80后的我们,已经开始承认我们老了,没有了90后的青春,没有90后的激情,我们有的只是为了生活进行奔波着的疲惫的心。偶尔微笑着告诉自己:三十岁的男人,我的美好年华才刚刚开始。80后的我们,打一场酣畅淋漓的球,也都心有余而力不足。很久没有运动,开始显露臃肿的啤酒肚。
  我不禁感叹:原来,80后的我们都早已老去,只是我们一直不愿意服老。

Declaration of Independence (1776)

The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America . When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

    He has refused his assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

    He has forbidden his governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

    He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

    He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual,uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

    He has dissolved representative houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

    He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the legislative powers,incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their exercise; the state remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

    He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands.

    He has obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing   his assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers.

    He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

    He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither   swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

    He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies without the consent of our legislature.

    He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to civil power.

    He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation:

    For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

    For protecting them, by mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states:

    For cutting off our trade with all parts of the world:

    For imposing taxes on us without our consent:

    For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury:

    For transporting us beyond seas to be tried for pretended offenses:

    For abolishing the free system of English laws in a neighboring province, establishing therein an arbitrary government, and enlarging its boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule in these colonies:

    For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments:

    For suspending our own legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

    He has abdicated government here, by declaring us out of   his protection and waging war against us.

    He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burned our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

    He is at this time transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages,and totaly unworth the head of a civilized nation.

    He has constrained our fellow citizens taken captive on the high seas to bear arms against their country, to become the executioners of their friends and brethren, or to fall themselves by their hands.

    He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian savages, whose known rule of warfare, is undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have we been wanting in attention to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war, in peace friends.

We, therefore, the representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress, assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of the good people of these colonies, solemnly publish and declare, that these united colonies are, and of right ought to be free and independent states; that they are absolved from all allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the state of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as free and independent states, they have full power to levey war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

当一份爱幸福得让你不安,请不要自己推倒它。

我有一对堪称神仙眷侣的朋友。

自从他们俩遇见后,就不可收拾地堕入爱河,从此像两颗糖果一样粘在了一起,上班短信不断,下班形影不离,无声无息地搬到一起并结了婚,用他们自己的话来说,快乐得像两只老鼠。平日里,就是看见他们亲密得一塌糊涂的样子,都让人好生欢喜。

可是过了两年,那个女孩来找我,诉说她的不安。

她问我,你说怎么办,我们这样在一起,真是太没有出息了。

我说,你们这样不快乐吗。

她告诉我,就是因为太快乐了,所以糊里糊涂一下就过了两年,完全不思上进,回想起来,我觉得心里慌慌的。遇见他之前,我本来为了升职,准备去年在职研究生的,结果没去,他也没有按原计划出国深造。我们甚至都没有开始攒钱买房子。

我问,为什么要这些“上进”呢?

她答,为了将来啊,我们可以生活得更幸福。

犹豫了一下,这个女孩又告诉了我一个秘密,原来,她以前曾有过失败的感情的经历,她为了初恋的男友,放弃了考研,可是他后来背叛了她,这使女孩一度非常疯狂地投入工作和进修,她觉得只有事业,是不会背叛自己的。所以,这一回,她害怕。

我说,让我来给你讲两个故事吧。

第一个故事是关于“以前”的。

有一个中年男人,深深地爱上了一个女孩。可是,他有过非常不愉快的婚姻,而且纠缠了整整十年,好不容易离婚了以后,他做出了一个决定,再也不结婚了。

尽管这个男人是如此爱这个女孩,他还是不能忘记以前的痛,不敢重新走进伤害过他的,婚姻之门。结果,他选择放弃了这个女孩,继续他单身的生活。

他就这样一直生活在“以前”,直到又过了二十年,他忽然发觉,自己其实是为了之前的十年,放弃了之后的二十年,而那比“以前”更长的时光中,有无穷美与好的可能性,现在也一样变成了以前。

第二个故事是关于“将来”。

有一对很相爱的夫妇,睡在一张简陋的小床上,她枕着他的胳膊,麻了,他忍着,因为不忍心吵醒她,他的腿搁在她的腿上,压痛了,她一动不动。有一天早上,他们相亲相爱地醒来,忽然想,如果有一栋海边的大房子该多好,可以夜晚听着海浪声相拥睡去,清晨听着海浪声苏醒,看彼此惺忪的睡颜,还有一张大大的铺满玫瑰花的床,如果这样,生活应该会更幸福吧。

于是像很多城市中为了将来打拼的夫妇一样,她的心思全放在了事业上,家里变得凌乱不堪,他在外面做事不顺利,回家免不了脾气暴躁。后来,他有了一个到国外发展事业的机会,一去就是五年。她很是寂寞,就与一个同事有了暧昧的关系。

好在婚姻这样跌跌撞撞,也维持了三十年。直到两人白发苍苍,银行的存款真的足够去买一栋海边的大房子了,他们却早已不睡在同一张床上。他们为了一个所谓的“将来”,磨折了自己三十年,这本来可以很幸福的三十年。

这不仅只是两个故事而已,我们哪个人不是这样荒唐地在生活着,在“以前”的经验中趑踞不前,并同时为着一个莫名其妙的“将来”,诸如五年后的职称、十年后的年假、二十年后的退休计划,三十年后的环球旅行,而说服自己要选择一个默默忍受的现在。

活在以前和将来的人,即便眼下就是唾手可得的幸福,他们也不会安然捧起,他们会把这幸福延迟到“将来”才觉得安全,或者让“以前”来置疑这幸福。人的快乐,都是自己推倒的。

格式塔疗法中,很重要的一个原则,就是让人关注此时此刻。这也正如佛教所说的当下,如微尘般聚散的世间,每一刻都无常变幻,包括你自己。你所拥有的,不过当下而已,所有对昨日和明日的思虑,都是妄念。

我对这位朋友说,当你觉得快乐的时候,你已经忘记了以前和将来,何必再去想起。昨天已然过去,明天和今天并没有什么区别,都是三餐一眠,还能“上进”成怎样,一日六餐不成?

在从生到死这个无稽的过程中,我们只活一天,若这一天有爱,那便已是永远。
